Customers who renew their service order at specified terms AND new customers are eligible to delay billing for up to 5 months by extending the end date of their service agreement. Free, or billing delayed, months are at the beginning of the renewal period/contract period, and the contract end date is extended to equal the number of free, or delayed, months plus the regular term agreement, per table below. Current customers service will continue at SO renewal, and billing will be suspended for the specified number of months based on SO term. Offer must be on SOF by May 31, 2021, and SOF must be signed by June 30, 2021.
Customer Type: Current, active customer accounts AND new customers

- Single and multiple location accounts that are within the less than 6-month OR less than 120 day or less sales timeframe polygons
- Wholesale and enterprise accounts
- New and current customer accounts, when eligibility requirements are met
- NOT available on type II circuits
- Only available on services with flat monthly recurring charges
- Services with usage-based charges are not applicable

- Service order expiration date must be before May 31, 2022
- Must be on an Everstream contract / MSA

- All products on expiring SOF must be renewed at:
- Current or higher speed tier
- Maintain or increase current billing rate
- Upgrades are eligible
