Everstream’s Network Operations Centers (NOC) are located in Cleveland, Ohio and Lansing, Michigan. Our NOCs are in the heart of our network and represent the face of our organization to our customers.
The NOC monitors, manages and maintains visibility and control over the entire network to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
When contacting the NOC, every customer receives a standard trouble ticket number and is provided with updates and escalation according to individualized best-in-class service-level agreements. Everstream customers are also provided with access to a service portal that provides real-time trouble ticket status.
Our NOC uses the latest incident and network management systems to detect, diagnose and resolve network performance issues and outages. Our Network Monitoring System (NMS) is intuitive and predictive in an effort to better respond to and more quickly resolve potential challenges. We empower our customers with similar NMS functionality to allow them to self-manage their network performance and complete simple system requests.
