CLEVELAND – For the second year in a row, Everstream, the business-only fiber network, has been honored with a USA Top Workplace award by Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures employee feedback on several facets of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, connection and more. The national Top Workplaces list is determined solely on this employee feedback.

Last year, we committed to celebrating those little things that often go unnoticed, but cumulatively help to make Everstream a great place to work. We truly appreciate being recognized for fostering a culture where our team feels valued,” said Everstream CEO Brett Lindsey.
In 2021, Everstream increased its workforce by more than 20% through organic hiring and acquisition, including sales and support teams. As part of its 2021 growth, Everstream constructed nearly 2,000 route miles of fiber in new and existing markets and supplemented that growth with assets from a strategic acquisition. In total, the company increased its footprint by 80% to nearly 27,000 route miles of fiber.
The business also has more than 3,000 route miles of fiber under construction, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2022. Everstream expects to open its Philadelphia office later this year.
In addition to this national award, Everstream has earned the Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces designation annually since 2016 — for a total of six consecutive years — and was awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Detroit Free Press.
